How To Custom

1. Material Preparation & Customization

After finalizing the design, the process begins with selecting high-quality fabrics tailored to the toy’s requirements. The chosen material is precisely cut using patterns to ensure consistency. Custom details, such as logos or patterns, are added through printing or embroidery techniques. This stage guarantees that every piece aligns with the client’s specifications before moving to assembly.

2. Sewing & Stuffing

The cut fabric pieces are stitched together using industrial machines for structural seams, ensuring durability. Delicate areas (e.g., facial features or small accessories) are hand-sewn for precision. Once the outer shell is complete, hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill is evenly inserted to achieve the desired softness and shape. This step balances efficiency and craftsmanship.

3. Finishing & Quality Control

Final hand-sewing secures closures and refines details. Each toy undergoes rigorous metal detection and safety checks to meet international standards (e.g., CE/ASTM). After approval, toys are carefully packaged in protective materials (e.g., polybags or branded boxes), labeled, and prepared for shipment. Quality assurance ensures every plush is safe, polished, and ready for delivery.
